I have to say, this city is so full of interesting people-watching opportunities, I am constantly entertained.  I haven't taken a lot of photos of people, because I feel shy about violating folks' personal space, but I have a realm of mind-pictures to keep me happy for the rest of my days.
One of the coolest things I saw was on Atlantic Ave.  An ambulance was racing toward an intersection that was chock-full of pedestrians crossing the street. (I mean, like 100 people)  Suddenly, a man in the crowd turned and spread his arms and ran toward the throng of people, pushing them back just as the ambulance raced past his back-side.  It seemed they weren't going to stop!  Thanks to the quick-thinking Samaritan, they stopped, and all went back to normal immediately.

I was supposed to head up to see my Mom in Mass. today, but due to the train derailment/crash up in Conn. a couple of days ago, the line was shut down, and the alternate route/transit changed the whole trip, and so, I decided not to go.  Sorry Mom!!  Sorry, sorry.

Here are a slew of photos from my walks today.  The day began with thick fog, but cleared up nicely and turned warm.
