We woke up to find ourselves under the huge cliff that is Glacier Point, with sunlight touching the North Dome and Washington Column east of the Royal Arches. Time to hike!

| We awake in Yosemite! I've never camped here before. |
 |
| The last good bathroom, with the family of twin boys, and the girl who counted the steps up to the top of Vernal Falls. There are 700 of them, by the way. |

| Jeffery and Kyria below the lip of Nevada Falls. This is where I decided to stop, and sent them up to see the top. Then I decided to keep going, slowly, and I made it up there. K & J gave me a rousing cheer! Felt great. |

Don't recall what we did that night, other than go back to camp, wait for Kyria, and cook dinner. Jeffery and I took a night walk out to see the moonshine on the mountains.
See you tomorrow!
