After two weeks of down time, I finally had a WONDERFUL hike with Brenda. We drove up to the two-way split on Butt Reservoir Road and walked about 3 miles up. Didn't take too many photos, but sure did enjoy the jaunt! And, best of all, it didn't hurt a bit! Yay! Back in action.

| we are bewildered by this adit, which is so beautifully made, but is a mystery as to what purpose it serves. it doesn't echo or ring hollow, and there was another one just like it down the road a ways..... |
