Back to Brooklyn

Well, I'm back!
It took me two days to get here, thanks to thick fog in San Francisco keeping my plane from flying.  So I got off the plane, and changed reservations to the next day.  I had a nice motel within walking distance from the airport, and a nice swim in the pool there.  The next day, I walked over to the airport, where there are slot machines to entertain the travelling masses, but no smoking rooms to soothe the savage beasts.  Luckily, with only moderate delays, I ended up in Denver, and then, in Newark, NJ.

To get from Newark International Airport, I took the Airtrain, and the NJ Transit Train to Penn Station in Manhattan.  For friend Sharon, who used to live in this neck of the woods, I took a few photos of my ride over to NY.

And here is proof that at 9:14a.m. this morning, it was HOT!
