Excercising in Our Back Yard

Kyria came, and we took a family run and ride along Caribou Rd.  with Brenda along, too.  I made it up past Mile Post 6, which means I climbed the steep; and it wasn't as bad as I'd imagined.  Brenda and Kyria hardly broke a sweat while I puffed and grunted behind them.  I'll be better soon!
Later, we went swimming and were joined by Craig, Darlene, and Becka-pup.  A fun day.
