I picked Uncle Jeffery up at the Reno Airport, and we enjoyed the drive down Hwy 80 to Truckee. Jeffery particularly appreciated the clear, good-smelling air. At Truckee High, many loved ones were there to see Ian get his diploma, with a party at Craig and Darlene's home later. U.J. and I spent the night there, and had a nice visit. This morning, Jeffery even took a run along the shores of Donner Lake. Then I took him back to Reno, and put him off at the airport.

| On the way home, I decided to capture the image of a "landmark". We were saved with gas one late night many years ago when we stopped here to wake up the residents, who woke another farmer with a supply of diesel. |
