High Sierra Music Festival - my birthday party - Part One

This year's High Sierra began on my actual birthday, so I reaffirm that they throw the party for me (grin).  It is always a great great time.  Jeffery gave me himself for my gift, just as I did for him, back on June 1st.  It was a wonderful gift.  We got involved in the Scavenger Hunt again, which is SO MUCH FUN!  We love it. Dave and Ame were our team-mates.  You'll see some photos of them in the following post.

Entering the Festival and getting our wristbands, so we can go claim our camp-spot before it's gone

Yay!  We're in our spot, with great neighbors, and our decorations bedecking our screen tent

The Grandstand Stage for Dead Winter Carpenters, which we liked a lot.  They're a Tahoe band!

Hey Marseilles was a very enjoyable band

Third Plant Celebration Center, where the Parade goodies are kept and offered for sharing.

In my QCA (Quincy Community Ambassadors) shirt.  Jeffery and I did our annual walking shift to promote our area.

Peace

I want these umbrellas!

Our favorite decorated bike, with a collectible PeeWee mechanical doll

Too many soccer fans during World Cup; so there was a place to see the games, and it was packed!

Festi-folk!

Double-decker bus.  It was a landmark for us for finding our camp when we were tired or blurry.

This little trailer was so beautifully made

California Chocolate Drops were one of our most favorite shows.  Check them out!  You'll see one man playing the bones!

the Real World awaits us
I am going to stop here, and make another post of all the funny things, and the Scavenger Hunt things, and more.  It's just too much to show in one sitting!  Man, I am full of love and happiness, and thankfulness.
