Over the river and through the woods, to Grandmother's (mom's) house we go!

Jeffery and I boarded the train to Yonkers to pick up our rental car, and then headed towards the village of Washington, Connecticut where my father, grandparents, and great-grandmother are buried.  Boy was that a fun trip, and a good visit at the Gunn Museum, and some sights to see.
We then headed towards my mother's home in Massachusetts.  Thank gosh for the GPS!

We left as dark was threatening, and drove to Mom's in the full dark.  Boy, were we glad to arrive at Ma's, and to see the porch light beckoning.
