Autumn scenery

Haven't taken many photos, since the days haven't been the kind to take the time to snap the same views as I've already shown.  But here are a few recent sights.

This is a Chris-santhemum bloom.  Chris Shimizu gave it to me years ago, and it's still holding on by a thread.  It hasn't bloomed in a couple of years, so I feel particularly excited.

Dick's "Maxfield Parrish" tree

Twain Store Road; yellow tree

Ice skims the puddle

more ice along our path to the lake

the lake is just beyond the trees

There it is; Cape Lake

seen from further around the south-western side

Jeffery and the sunken boat

view from the northern end before we walk onto the peninsula that juts into the lake, making it sort of heart-shaped

reflection across to the shore

the other side of the peninsula - water reflection

me hugging one of the medium-large trees.  when I download Jeffery's photos, I'll share his shot of one of the bigger trees.
