I had a rainy and then a rainier day yesterday. It ended with a deluge as we left the Broadway Show (my first ever; "Newsies"), which made us laugh, it was such a soaking, umbrella stressing storm. This morning, I had to take photos of discarded, wrecked umbrellas, which clearly, just get left where they blew apart, because they were Everywhere. I offer just a few shots, considering all I saw.
Today, Jeffery and I began our day together with a bike ride/run across the Manhattan Bridge, through the part of the City that took us back to and over the Brooklyn Bridge, and then we took a long walk around a different section of Brooklyn that Jeffery and I hadn't seen. I found a family member at Fort Greene Park!!
Rufus Putnam!!
I will have a lot to show you tomorrow, because today, I had Jeffery ALL DAY, and, after Fort Greene Park, we filled the day to the very brim. But tonight, I'm tired, slightly inebriated, and very very happy; so I am going to bed. Goodnight!!
